Tillys - Crooks - Don’t Request Fedex Overnight
Worst online experience ever, placed a huge order online requested FedEx Overnight, I never ever received a confirmation or tracking number after three days so I messaged them! Told them the date I placed my order, that I requested fedex Overnight and it was now going on third day and never heard anything from them.
Asked them why give customers a choice for FedEx Overnight and you don’t even send email or anything, tracking number or nothing immediately, why charge customers for this when they aren’t sending order out immediately! Told them I was going to get a lawyer! Immediately after I send my message, they message me with tracking number and get this they send me another email saying we changed your shipping to Overnight delivery! I replied back and told them I already paid for Overnight delivery so you can’t tell me you changed it to overnight delivery when it’s stared on my invoice I paid for it already!
They are crooks! Then I order youth boys sizes and they send me adult sizes!
