Do NOT buy anything online because you won't get it.I ordered shoes online and they sent an email saying the order was cancelled.

I ordered them again in a different size, but the order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I called customer service to find out what was going on with my order and waited on hold for 30 minutes to find out they never planned on telling me it was cancelled. Their answer was "sorry, we can't do anything for you." Really?! You take my money and never plan on shipping the item I ordered?!

What kind of customer service is that?!HORRIBLE!!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Utter incompetence, Customer service, Update.

The same thing happen to me, I placed the order three weeks ago and it still says processing.I called and was on hold for 45 minutes.

They still haven't credit my card and had not plans on telling me my order was canceled.

They are the worst and the customer services was awful.Now the shoes are sold out everywhere.
