Tilly’s cancelled my order a over month ago because of an error on their end and I never ended up receiving the product and have tried contacting them for the past month for my money back! I’ve sent emails, contacted the store who ordered it for me and I paid direct (but they can’t refund my money and said it has to Come from corporate) no one in corporate will pick up a phone or return phone calls or emails. I’m beyond fed up!

I’ve had the same issue. Was supposed to receive a credit.
Never did. Called and emailed several times with NO response.
Unbelievable.Just got a catalog and was trying to order items but can’t find online and my 20% promo code doesn’t work. Literally the worst customer service and online experiences I have ever had.
