Literally one of the worst shopping experiences ever. I've bought many items from Tilly's over the past 4 years but they had some update to their system and its truly the worst.
A lot of items are shown in stock but aren't and the phone app is now just trash. I placed 2 orders and both of them were cancelled and I only found out after calling them.
The worst part is while on call with a representative named Grace I was given the cancellation emails like its nothing no remorse or sympathy just you should receive the emails. Companies like this are ***, I will not be shopping here and hopefully others will not too.
